Are you an expectant mom who is nervous about transitioning to motherhood? Do you have a newborn and are overwhelmed and struggling to adjust? Perhaps you are a veteran mom looking to redefine your purpose. Moms face unique challenges in juggling multiple roles. Balancing work, family, and social life is difficult and it is easy to feel lost, out of control, and frustrated. The process of redefining one’s identity throughout motherhood is hard. I believe that healthy mommies make healthy families! Counseling is often an essential part of self-care for the mothers I work with.
I received my counseling training at Columbia University and have extensive experience with trauma and trauma-informed care. I have advanced certification in perinatal mental health, and I am passionate about helping moms reach their goals and full potential. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness and help you find balance in all the important areas of your life.
As a mom myself, I understand the challenges that come with feeling and doing your best while juggling day-to-day demands. I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety after my first child. I know firsthand the unique needs and burdens of moms and want you to know there is absolutely a way to achieve your goals and feel your best.
